Having worked on many collaborations with the prominent Toll Brothers, Schiff enjoys the blank canvas that new build construction lends to his practice, particularly in a recent North Scottsdale project where his clients gave him carte blanche to execute his vision. 'Playing an integral role in the design process from the inception allows me to craft the foundational backdrop that sets the stage for all of the furnishings and elements that follow, contributing significantly to the overall success of the project,' he says.
