THE PROJECT —

Interior and Exterior, Reimagined as One

Set in DC Ranch, this residence was reworked as a continuous composition, with interior architecture and exterior living developed through the same material, spatial and visual language.

A revised floor plan improves circulation, sightlines and natural light, while layered materials, warm tonal contrasts and sculptural elements give the home depth and cohesion. The result is a residence that feels connected from interior rooms to exterior living spaces.

The architectural plan creates a continuous relationship between the interior and exterior, allowing the home and its outdoor spaces to read as one cohesive environment.

The interior layout was refined to improve circulation, strengthen sightlines, and make the most of natural desert light and the home’s architectural volumes.

Expressive Contemporary Palette

Layered color, natural materials, and varied textures bring warmth and individuality to the contemporary architecture without sacrificing clarity or restraint.

Refined Desert Living

Material, light, furnishings, and color were considered together to create a calm, polished residence with warmth, personality, and a strong sense of place.
