THE PROJECT —
Modernism, Warmed by Color and Light
Set within Ranch Gate in North Scottsdale, this custom residence was conceived as a continuous relationship between architecture, interiors and exterior living.
Floor-to-ceiling multi-slide pocket walls open the main level to the landscape, while layered materials, sculptural furnishings and a controlled use of color soften the modernist architecture with warmth and depth. The result is a home that feels expansive yet intimate—precise in composition, but deeply personal.

Inside-Out Living
The architectural plan establishes a continuous relationship between the interior and exterior, allowing the residence to function as one cohesive living environment.
Seamless Spatial Transitions
Expansive floor-to-ceiling multi-slide glass walls open the principal living spaces to the outdoors, extending sightlines and creating an effortless sense of flow.
Warm Contemporary Materiality
Natural materials, layered textures, and controlled color bring warmth and depth to the contemporary architecture while maintaining clarity and restraint.
Architectural Composition
Proportion, material continuity, light, and furnishings were considered together to create spaces that feel composed, personal, and connected from room to room.

Architectural Lighting
A custom lighting plan was developed to support the architecture, reveal material texture, and create a layered atmosphere throughout the residence.
Custom Millwork & Cabinetry
Bespoke cabinetry and architectural millwork were integrated throughout the home to create continuity, function, and a refined level of finish.
Full-Service Furnishings & Styling
Furniture, textiles, art, and accessories were curated as part of the overall architectural composition, carrying the design through final installation.
