Award-Winning Residences
Conceived as One Continuous Vision.
From new construction to transformative whole-home renovations, Adam Schiff Interior & Exterior Design approaches each residence as a complete composition—uniting interior architecture, material, color, light, and exterior living in one continuous experience.
“A home should do more than look beautiful. It should inspire the way you live.” — Adam Schiff
For more than two decades, Adam Schiff has shaped residences across California, Arizona and beyond. His signature language—Contemporary Maximalism—brings chromatic depth, tactile materiality and expressive detail into disciplined architectural balance.
Contemporary Maximalism is not excess. It is richness under discipline—expressive color, sculptural form, layered materiality and collected detail held in balance by architecture.
A background in fashion and editorial styling sharpened the eye for composition, atmosphere and visual storytelling that continues to define the studio today. His work has been featured on HGTV and in Luxe Interiors + Design, Modern Luxury Interiors and Scottsdale Lifestyle, with private commissions for clients across film, entertainment and the creative industries.

He truly listened to our needs and developed a thoughtful, organized plan. The result feels both beautifully designed and deeply personal. Even from the opposite coast, he made it easy to furnish and style our home remotely.
Adam is immensely talented in an area where many modern designers fall short: color. He embraces color, shape, and texture, and achieves stellar results that seem to effortlessly work together. He is also particularly skilled at lighting design.
Some magic happened when we found Adam. We wanted someone to dream with us and make it come true. His design sense and use of color stretch us in the best of ways. You'll keep him not just because he is talented, but because he is a great human.
From drab to fab, Adam has brought his innovative and creative designs to the desert, creating rooms that are colorful with expression. Not a decorator, but a designer who makes each room unique, comfortable and livable.
Adam is everything you want in a designer. He is versatile with both interior and exterior design experience, so there's no need to hire a different consultant for your outdoor spaces. Fun, honest, responsible, with an incredible work ethic.
Adam has become more like family rather than just a designer. He anticipates your needs before you do and is with you every step of the way. We are going to have the most amazing retirement home thanks in large part to Adam.
Adam has done several interior and outdoor projects for me over the years. He completed each on time and within budget. Extraordinary creativeness combined with the know-how to execute the project.
Adam was amazing to work with. He listened to my ideas, then executed beyond what I had ever envisioned. Highly recommend.
